I really enjoyed the short walk to Platja de la Cala Crancs, just about 500 meters from the hotel, perfect for my city strolls and soaking up the sun. Having a variety of dining options like Route 66 just steps away made evenings fun and convenient.

Price performance was super

We booked the hotel specially because of the slides and unfortunately there was no water yet...

Room clean, large and quiet. Selection of food rich.

Parking garage too narrow and too small. The hotel facilities (kitchen, pool etc.) are too small for the mass of people. Especially at mealtimes, the restaurant is chaotic.

Hotel best offered a nice location, just a short walk to the beach. The recently renovated spa area, with its heated pool and sauna, was a lovely touch for relaxation. The kids enjoyed the entertainment activities.

Remote location, just a pleasant stroll away from Cala de la Font. Found in the lovely area. Very comfy bed, cosy and huge rooms. Great facilities and a great breakfast with coffee machines and toast.

The location to the beach is super, because of the direct access. Furthermore, the slides are very good and our children enjoyed them.

One notices, especially with the drinks distribution (all inclusive) that exaggerated attention is paid to economy. Not really a problem, as instead of one Baileys you simply order two and pour them together.

Fine beach, but food struggles

The proximity to the beautiful beach was a highlight. We loved the spacious room and the relaxing atmosphere by the pool.

Unfortunately the water is quite cold. The first room was perfect, the second not so much

The hotel is partly run down. Cleanliness optical appearance. Spa area totally cold and lovelessly furnished. If everyone would help more, it could change completely.

1) Great beach access, fun water slides, spacious family room

1) Noisy at night, limited food variety, poor restaurant organization

1) Good location, not many strangers on the beach though the beach is public 2) rooms are furnished well 3) a bus stop is on the doorstep; buses regularly run to Salou, Reus, Tarragona, etc 4) a few good cafes near the hotel

1) Too many people, the hotel is overcrowded 2) unfriendly and not helpful personnel 3) the room was not regularly cleaned 4) we had to wait for a long time to order drinks during lunch and dinner; waiters simply ignored us and we had to eat out meals dry and couldn't even have a glass of water...

i loved this hotel for its location the beach was on our doorstep, the walks to La Pineda and salou beach and shops were lovely and not too far away , there was plenty of places around to the hotel to eat and were reasonaly priced :) ya we had a nice holiday and kids loved it thankyou :)

The only fault i had with the hotel was the no kids club and the night life for english children as they were all talking in spanish :(

The proximity to a lovely beach created a pleasant vibe. The new water park on-site added a fun element for the kids, though it didn't include food or drinks.

While the rooms were clean and modern, there was a noticeable absence of storage space was good. The main pool felt overcrowded at times, which may not sit well with those who like a bit of personal space. The dining options catered mainly to international tastes and lacked variety, particularly for children, which could be a letdown given the number of families staying there. The entertainment tended to skew towards the local crowd, possibly leaving non-Spanish guests feeling a bit overlooked.

Fairly clean, fairly large hotel with private parking on-site. Overall a really nice stay for 10 nights all inclusive.
